Nolan Woo – Exercise Physiologist

Nolan WooNolan graduated from Griffith University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science.

Nolan is currently working as an exercise physiologist at Everybodies Physio located at Stafford City Doctors and Brighton Village Medical Centre.

Nolan has gained additional qualifications in:

  • Pilates (Level 1)
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Army Combat Fitness Leader (Nolan served in the Australian Army for over 5 years with multiple deployments)

Nolan loves that his job enables him to change people’s lives and get them enthusiastic about exercise and physical activity. Seeing and hearing that someone is feeling and moving the best they have in many years is what Nolan finds most rewarding and worth going to work for.

Growing up, Nolan wanted to be a professional sportsperson. Outside of work, Nolan maintains an active lifestyle with strength training, fishing and anything outdoors!

Ben Oates – Physiotherapist

Ben graduated as a Physiotherapist from Griffith University – Gold Coast Ben OatesCampus in 2009.

Ben has gained additional qualifications in

  • Western Acupuncture/Dry Needling Certificate
  • Weightlifting Coach (AWF)

Ben enjoys seeing patient satisfaction, working with different people every day and keeping fit.

Ben grew up in Brisbane, wanting to be a soldier. Now he enjoys spending time catching up with extended family in Caloundra and participating in Crossfit.

Ben is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:40pm, and Saturday 8:00 – 12:00

Samantha Pavish

Samantha PavishSam graduated as a Dietitian from QUT in 2012. Sam is currently working as a dietitian at Brighton Village Medical Centre, Gumdale Medical Centre and Stafford City Doctors. She believes there is more to nutrition than eating lots of fruit and vegetables, healthy eating begins by changing your relationship with food and using it as an ally, not as an enemy.

Sam has played professional hockey in Europe and holds a Level 2 Advanced Athletics Coaching certificate. Growing up, Sam wanted to be a Weather Reporter. When she isn’t at work she likes to escape to North Stradbroke Island.

Australian Hearing is the nation’s leading hearing specialist and largest provider of Government funded hearing services.

We were established by the Australian Government in 1947 to provide hearing services to children whose hearing was affected by a series of rubella epidemics and to assist veterans who suffered hearing damage during World War II.

Our services

Our services include assessing hearing, fitting hearing devices and providing counselling and rehabilitative programs to enable eligible customers to manage their hearing impairment. Many of our audiologists specialise in particular fields of service delivery. These include paediatric/children, adults with complex rehabilitation needs and outreach services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.
